Zarząd Województwa Opolskiego
na podstawie art. 41 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 5 czerwca 1998 r. o samorządzie województwa
(Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 581 z późn. zm.) oraz art. 2 pkt 2, 3, 3a, 4, art. 3 ust. 1 i 2, art. 13 pkt 3, art. 14 ust. 1 i art. 15 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2015 r. o zdrowiu publicznym (Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 149) ogłasza:
konkurs ofert na powierzenie w roku 2026 realizacji zadań z zakresu zdrowia publicznego pod nazwą „MARSZAŁKOWSKIE DNI DLA ZDROWIA W WOJEWÓDZTWIE OPOLSKIM”, obejmujących następujące obszary zdrowia publicznego wynikające z art. 2 cyt. Ustawy:
1.edukacja zdrowotna dostosowana do potrzeb różnych grup społeczeństwa, w szczególności dzieci, młodzieży i osób starszych,
2.promocja zdrowia,
3.kreowanie postaw zdrowotnych i społecznych sprzyjających profilaktyce zachowań ryzykownych,
4.profilaktyka chorób.
skierowany do:
podmiotów, których cele statutowe lub przedmiot działalności dotyczą spraw objętych zadaniami określonymi w art. 2 Ustawy z dnia 11 września 2015 roku o zdrowiu publicznym,
w tym organizacji pozarządowych i podmiotów, o których mowa w art. 3 ust. 2 i 3 ustawy z dnia 24 kwietnia 2003 roku o działalności pożytku publicznego i o wolontariacie.
Oferty winny być złożone zgodnie ze wzorem stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do niniejszego ogłoszenia wraz z kompletem załączników w kopercie z dopiskiem:
Konkurs pn.: „MARSZAŁKOWSKIE DNI DLA ZDROWIA W WOJEWÓDZTWIE OPOLSKIM” - w Kancelarii Ogólnej Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Opolskiego przy ulicy Hallera 9 w Opolu lub w Punkcie Kancelaryjnym Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Opolskiego, Ostrówek 5 w Opolu lub w sekretariacie Departamentu Zdrowia i Polityki Społecznej Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Opolskiego,
ul. Ozimska 19, VIII piętro pok. 827,
w nieprzekraczalnym terminie do dnia 26 marca 2026 roku, w godzinach pracy kancelarii oraz sekretariatu tj. do 15:30. Oferty mogą być również wysłane pocztą lub kurierem.
O terminie złożenia oferty decyduje data faktycznego wpływu do Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Opolskiego oferty w wersji papierowej.
