Uchwała Nr 5434/2018 Zarządu Województwa Opolskiego z dnia 7 maja 2018 r w sprawie zmiany uchwały nr XXXIV/414/2013 Sejmiku Województwa Opolskiego z 25 października 2013 r. w sprawie ustalenia: a) tygodniowego obowiązkowego wymiaru godzin zajęć nauczycieli niewymienionych w art. 42 ust. 3 ustawy z dnia 26 stycznia 1982 r. Karta Nauczyciela, zatrudnionych w pełnym wymiarze zajęć, a także nauczycieli szkół zaocznych oraz pedagogów i doradców zawodowych, b) zasad rozliczania tygodniowego obowiązkowego wymiaru godzin zajęć nauczycieli, dla których ustalony plan zajęć jest różny w poszczególnych okresach roku szkolnego, c) zasad udzielania i rozmiaru zniżek tygodniowego obowiązkowego wymiaru godzin zajęć nauczyciela będącego dyrektorem, wicedyrektorem szkoły lub pełniącego inne stanowisko kierownicze w szkole oraz przyznawania zwolnień od obowiązku realizacji zajęć takim osobom.
